My workouts are getting progressively more intense and I do feel like the O2 Gold has really helped with my cardiovascular endurance. I will absolutely be continuing with the O2Gold post 24 Day Challenge.

I try to stay consistent with my food intake and keep the variety to a minimum. This allows for easy prep. I did have a second serving of spark afternoon which did help with my focus and productivity during the day.

The Peaches and cream flavor of the Advocare Fiber drink is not nearly as bad as the Citrus flavor. So I would encourage anyone who is getting the 24 day challenge to option for the peaches and cream fiber drink flavor. I feel great! Energy is up despite the reduction in my overall caloric intake. I think a bunch has to do with removing alcohol and refined sugars from my diet 100%. Its not that my diet was saturated with refined foods, however I can definitely tell the difference just after 2 days...keep plugging along.

Day 1 down and I feel great. Spark really helps get my day started right with tons of energy and focus. I did begin to get a bit tired during the afternoon hours so I drank another serving of spark at 1 pm. I'm very excited to get back on track! I definitely feel the lack of exercise the last 5 months in my workout. I know I'm not where I should be but with hard work and dedication I will get back to where I was!
